Comment/Description

Die Veranstaltung soll einen Überblick über das Medienrecht vermitteln. Juristische Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich. Erörtert werden Grundzüge des Rundfunk- und Presserechts sowie Grundzüge des Rechts der sog. „Neuen Medien“ (Telemedien). Neben den einfachrechtlichen Grundlagen des Medienrechts beleuchtet die Veranstaltung im Schwerpunkt die verfassungsrechtlichen Grundlagen dieses Rechtsgebiets. Auch das sog. private Medienrecht wird mit in den Blick genommen.
