The seminar is associated with the brown bag seminar Accounting, Finance and Taxation. A kick-off meeting with an introduction on how to discuss a paper will be given at semester start. |
| Leistungsnachweis |
Doctoral students attend the brown bag seminar Accounting, Finance and Taxation and participate actively in the discussion. In adition, each student prepares and presents a discussion of one of the guest papers. Further, students could present their own research in the brown bag seminar (optionally). |

| Qualifikationsziele |
Doctoral students get insights into recent developments in accounting, finance, and taxation. They learn and practice how to discuss a paper. Further, they can receive inspirations for their own research by learning about the design, methods, and open questions in current research. |
