| Voraussetzungen |
The module must be completed alongside the master thesis. General requirements for admission to a master thesis are (see § 20 AStuPO): · Enrollment in the master's program “Business Administration” · Proof of acquisition of at least 35 ECTS credits Admission to the final thesis at the Chair of Accounting and Auditing is a prerequisite for participation in the colloquium. Please note the requirements for registering academic theses at the Chair of Accounting and Auditing on the chair's website. This course is mandatory for all students writing their master thesis at the chair. |

After successfully completing the colloquium, students are able to... · independently understand, work on, and present academic questions at the master's level. · explain and reflect on their own academic approach. · present their results in a coherent manner, discuss them, and draw conclusions from them. · write a master thesis that is formally correct and coherently structured, in accordance with the rules of good academic work. · deal with critical feedback and implement it. · evaluate academic presentations by peers and provide constructive and respectful feedback. |

1 SWS (15 h attendance and 15 h self-study) The calculation is based on 15 semester weeks (14 lecture weeks + 1 examination week) and each SWS is included in the calculation with 60 minutes. |
