• A solid understanding of the core tools and concepts of strategic management and the ability to apply them to real-life contexts • A sound understanding of central theories of management research, particularly in the context of strategy, technology, and innovation • Ability to reflect real-life entrepreneurial issues using the discussed management instruments • The ability to apply the discussed instruments to real-life managerial issues and development of specific recommendation for action • Getting insights from scholarly publications in the relevant topics |
